How It Works

The program is structured for gradual, sustainable learning:

    8 Live Online Sessions

    Weekly 150–180 min on Zoom with guided practices.

  2. 2

    Daily Home Practice

    15–45 min with audio guidance and a reflection journal.

  3. 3

    Half-Day Retreat

    One half-day practice (between weeks 5–7) to deepen learning.

  4. 4

    Experiential Learning

    Exploring sensations, thoughts, and emotions with non-judgmental awareness.

Fatemeh’s journey began in Family Studies, continued into Law, and evolved through her passion for psychology. She holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Kharazmi University and now works as a professional coach and certified mindfulness (MBSR) instructor.

Fatemeh provides coaching and educational programs, not clinical therapy.
